H.E. Amb. Alley was the First Republic of South Sudan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from December 2012 – January 2018, Republic of Sudan Ambassador to Zambia and Malawi and Permanent Representative to COMESA from April 2009 – April 2011.
